List of Error Messages

When error messages appear, refer to the following tables.

Error when initial settings

The serial key entered is incorrect.

Enter the serial key properly including hyphens.

Error when scaling images

The scaled image size is out of valid range. Set the area so that the scaled image size will be 120000 pixels x 120000 pixels or smaller.	Change the scaled image area or resolution. The image file area shall be 120000 pixels x 120000 pixels or smaller.
The scaled image size is out of valid range in this format. Change format to TIFF or set the scaled image size smaller than below. Width/Height : Maximum of 30000 pixels	Change format to TIFF or set the image size smaller than below. Width/Height : Maximum settable value 30000 pixels
The size is over the maximum settable area in this compression format. Change compression format to LZW, or set the area so that the scaled image size will be 37000 pixels x 37000 pixels or smaller.	Change compression format or set smaller image size.

Error when saving

Failed saving the file. Can't find the destination.	Reset the destination.
Failed saving the file. You do not have the access rights to the destination folder.	Change the access rights of the destination folder to writable, or set a different folder as the destination.
Failed saving the file. Same filename already exists in the destination.	Change the filename, or set a different folder as the destination.
Failed saving the file. Not enough free space in the destination.	Increase free space in the destination, or set a different folder as the destination.
Failed saving the file. Failed accessing the file in the destination.	Set a different folder as the destination.
Failed saving the file. Error occurred while saving.	Restart your PC.
Failed scaling the image. Memory may not be enough.	Exit other application(s), or restart your PC.
Failed saving the file. Reinstall PixeZoom.	Uninstall PixeZoom, and reinstall.
