Controlling the Marauders' Charge!

 
My household eats AA batteries! I don't know where they go, but it seems that at least once a week one of my kids is asking me for two or three more for their Lego robot or their camera or some other invention that they've crafted together with glue, string, and an electric motor. Of course, they want batteries that are fully charged yesterday. That's a little difficult to deliver on demand, especially since I haven't yet invested in a time machine.

Of course, my reserve supply for my digital camera (also not exactly a frugal user of power) has long since been raided to extinction.
