I cannot get some files transferred to iTunes with the error message: "An error occurred in iTunes. Connection is not valid." What should I do?
Case # 1
The above error message might appear if you are using iTunes for the first time or if you have not completed the configuration with “iTunes Setup Assistant”. In this case, please start iTunes and complete the configuration by following the ¨iTunes Setup Assistant¨. After that, find the converted files in the folder where you have set as the [Destination for converted files:] in [Preferences] of ¨monoConverter¨, then register them to iTunes manually.
Case # 2
The above error message might appear if you are trying to convert a large file. In this case, please find the converted files in the folder where you have set as the [Destination for converted files:] in [Preferences] of ¨monoConverter¨, then register them to iTunes manually.
