Layout - Answer

How can I change the layout menu?

You can change the layout using the Change Layout menu button.
Click the "Change layout menu" button.
The "Layout menu" will appear. If a layout you created before is on your screen, you will see a message telling you to save your layout. Choose "Yes" or "No" and proceed

Choose the layout you would like to use from the "Layout menu" dialog box.

After clicking "yes", you will return to the layout mode.

The Layout menu corresponds with the paper size used by your printer. So if you do not have a printer driver installed in your PC, or (for Windows users) you have not yet set up nor chosen your main printer yet, or (for Macintosh users) you have not yet chosen your printer drive at the selector dialog box, the layout function may not work. So please choose your printer driver in the "Printer setup" for Windows PCs and in the "Selector" for Macintosh PCs.
