No you cannot. Printing is done is a fixed format and the sizes and
automatically set.

How
can I print several images using index printing?
If there is a check mark on the "Only selected files" in the "Print
setting" window in the Album preferences, then only the files
selected in the album mode will be printed. As a result you will
have to select several files in the album mode before going to the
index printing section. To select several images for printing, press
down the shift key or the control key while clicking on the
thumbnails.
If there is no check mark on the "Only selected files" in the "Print
setting" window in the Album preferences, then all the files in the
album mode will be printed.

How many
albums and thumbnails can I create?
You can create up to 500 thumbnails.
There is no limit to the number of albums you can create. It depends
on the capacity (space) of your hard disk.

What is a thumbnail?
A thumbnail is a small picture/image that appears when you add a
file to your album. The size, name, saved location and other details
about the pictures/images are being categorized when added to the
albums. A thumbnail acts like a "shortcut" (in Windows machines) or
as an "Alias" in Macintosh machines.

What is the relationship between the thumbnails and the original
(saved) files?
A thumbnail shows the location and details of the original file
(called the original file or source file or saved file.) A thumbnail
is not the original saved file.
Still picture files, movie files and sound files can all be saved in
your PC's hard disk as original files; the thumbnails of these files
contains the detail information of these saved original files in a
compact form to be used in the ImageMixer application. A thumbnail
acts like a "shortcut" (in Windows machines) or as an "Alias" in
Macintosh machines.

What is Exif?
This is an image file format that has been standardized by JEIDA
(Japan Electronics Development Association) to form a base for JPEG
and TIFF used in digital cameras. In other words, Exif is a file
format that has been added to the normal JPEG and TIFF formats for
images taken by digital cameras.

What happens when I select "Create album with selected thumbnails"
option?
This function is useful
when you want to save searched results. A new album is created
containing only the thumbnails you have selected.

When I selected the "Rename file" option, the name of the thumbnail
didn't change.
The 'rename file' option indicates changing the name of the original
file and not the name of the thumbnail. When you select the "rename
file" option, and change the file name, only the name of the
original file has changed and not the name of the thumbnail.
Thumbnails are created at the import mode so it bears the same name
with the original file. However, ImageMixer handles and stores the
two names separately so it is not imperative that the names have to
be the same.
When you want to change or rename a thumbnail, please change the
"Title" of the information panel.

I cannot figure out how to quit the "Slide show" when it is running.
Press the'Esc' key on your keyboard and you can quit the slide show.

How many letters can I use for naming files and typing comments?
You can use up to 60 letters for the 'Title' area and 250 letters
for the 'Comment' area.
Please take note that the 'Title' area corresponds to the name of
the thumbnail, as a result, long title names may not appear in full.

In what
format should I save files in the album?
For Windows users, save still picture files in BMP, JPEG or TIFF
format; movies in AVI or MPEG1 format; and sound files in WAVE or
MP3 format.
For Macintosh users, save still picture files, movies and sound
files in QuickTime. However, do not save still pictures in GIF
format.

How to print multiple thumbnails on the album environment.
In the album environment, Click to select the thumbnails whiles
pressing the Control Key. Then from the thumbnail menu select Print.
The Print dialog window will appear. Choose "4 images" at the index
printing and click the printer button.

The information panel buttons do not activate even though I selected
the thumbnail.
The buttons on the information panel activate according to the
nature of the original file of the selected thumbnail. If the
original file of the selected thumbnail is in Exif format, all the
buttons on the informational panel will become active. If the file
is in a different format other than Exif, then only the "File
information display button" and the "Detailed information display
button" will become active.

What file format should I use for my
screen saver? (Windows)
Please save your files in AVI or MPEG1 format.

I set up my screen saver but the image showed up on the upper left
hand corner of my screen.(Windows)
Open your PC's screen property window, then choose "screen saver"
and then click the screen saver setup button. You will then be able
to change the positioning of your image.

Open your PC's screen property window, then choose "web" and then
check whether the Active Desktop button is "OFF". If the check is
on, please remove it.

When I imported and edited vertically long still picture files and
converted them, only part of the image appear on the thumbnails.
This is due to the software's specifications. When images without
the aspect ratio of 4:3 is edited or saved, only the middle part of
the image is used to created its thumbnail. Image Mixer or Digital
still cameras will display these thumbnails showing only part of it.

How can I print a picture from a movie in one of the albums
First, you will have to select the movie file in the album
environment. Then from the menu choose "Export within album as new
picture". An editing window will appear where you will be able to
choose the section of the movie file you want to pick out as a
picture. click the button that will capture only the scene you need
and close window. The new picture will be added to the album. Now
that you have taken a still picture from the movie file, you can
easily print it out or send it as an attachment on emails.

My printer doesn't respond. Are there any fixed sizes to print
images?
Usually, the model and settings of the printer the user has,
determines the process and limitations of data transfer between the
ImageMixer software and the printer. If the printer cannot print
certain sizes being set on the Imagemixer printer settings, then the
printer will not respond.
Also there are no specific or fixed sizes to to print images. You
can vary your sizes according to your liking. Use the editing mode
to edit images to the size and form you desire before printing.

Can I print the same picture in 4X6 images in one full page?
Printing in one full page of 4 x6 (4 colons and 6 rows) is possible
when the pictures are different. That is, if you have 16 pictures
and you want to print it out all in one page - 4 x 6. However, if
you would like to print one image or picture to cover the whole page
4 x 6, then the software could not respond to that request on this
version. The coming up version will probably include that function.
